With new guidance values coming into effect on Thursday, Raj Bhavan Road, K G Road and Commercial Street have turned out to be the costliest parts of the city. One square foot on these roads is worth a whopping Rs 10,000!
Land in under-developed areas like Azadnagar on Mysore Road is valued at Rs 700 per square foot, while in A K Colony in Shivajinagar sub-registrar limits and Rehmatnagar near R T Nagar, land is worth Rs 800 per square foot.
